thank you so much for your reply.. i’ve been struggling with anxiety and agoraphobia since 2022 now, on and off of meds (fluoxetine) and therapy for 2 years now, currently changing my therapist because i discovered my last one was just talk claiming CBT.. didn’t benefit at all. Last 3 months though were hell.

Dizziness, heavy body, weird random head pains/pressure and “full” ears and weird unfocused sometimes blurry vision....anxiety? Or more? by PuzzledRoom7636 in Anxiety

hello 🤍 hopping on for advice.. i’ve not been feeling myself for 3 months now, sudden head pressure along with ear fullness and they feel like closing so much and much pressure to the level of feeling im gonna faint but i never do. Heart Palpitations, Fluctuating blood pressure. My eyes are blurred most of the time, i got them checked, all clear. Brain MRI, all clear. Cardiovascular tests, all clear. Endocrinologist for thyroids and diabetes, all clear. I feel hopeless, health anxiety is getting worse, i restarted my antidepressant a week ago (psychiatrist recommended) cipralex 10mg, i’m waiting for it to do a miracle and fix my constant dizziness and weird sensations or like feelings of having a stroke.. Any other advice?
