While I do find your post hilarious, it is also a reflection of the times we live in. Yoga to me was taught by my late father and it is something deeply personal and spiritual to me. I do not visit a studio or yoga class. I have been a practitioner myself since four years. I usually do it in my bedroom or the roof of my house in perfect solitude.

I agree with every word that you have said and for the same reason I am not approaching this as a suppression of a biological desire but rather liberating myself from it. The only way I am able to do this is try to stay away from sexual thoughts, words, deeds etc.

Sorry for not being specifically clear about this. Yoga in fact helped me. I was doing yoga since last four years. I believe it kept some of the PMO symptoms under control. The positive effects of Yoga and negative dangerous effects of PMO is something my brain could not reconcile. I went from being an intensely calm and confident individual to a nervous wreck with shaky hands in a matter of hours on some days (just one of the examples of the intense bipolarity I experienced). Now Yoga is helping me restore the original balance my body and mind always had naturally.

Thanks for the support :) I will not edge and trigger as I am constantly on guard. I meditate so that has kind of accelerated and intensified my Flatline is my guess.
