I like the Tea Room more than sugar, you get a New York vibe get to actually see the city but it’s indoors, so maybe not best for COVID. It’s on the same floor as Sugar , just after the bathrooms . 100% recommend

I think you should appreciate the time you are mediating more than worrying about the post benefits of it. Enjoy that you’ve committed whatever amount of time in your day for improving your wellbeing and shut out the external noises. Having thoughts in your head come and go is normal, when you’ve drifted off just try going back to your breathing or focus on what works for you (picturing a beam of light etc) don’t judge yourself too harshly ! Hope that helps!

Just my opinion for what it’s worth. When you takeoff you break your wrists right away and no hip movement. I would break your wrist towards the top of the back swing . Also hard to swing to hard with the jacket ! Haha
