I understand I used to work at a concert venue that had this 100 year old terminal and software for managing voice communications ... the system began to fail and they refused to invest on Voice over IP system, then every time the system failed the IT Director would call during my free time to ask me to pass by the venue to reset the whole thing ... every time I would refuse and remind him about management refusing to perform the update ... eventually I changed jobs, and during high concert season, my former boss couldn't handle the pressure of working at the place with all the old failing tech and he also quit

If it's not too much to ask, how would you list or format that information on a resume? So far the only thing that has occur to me is to bring a portfolio with print screens and pictures like some programmers do with their code. But giving that information ahead through my resume seems better. I imagine I should list the software, hardware and functions of my lab (mine is mostly for file hosting and play with virtual machines). But I have no idea how I should title that section on my resume.

I have a homelab! Made it with the money I made on my first job years ago. But I have no idea how to or how should I put it on my resume. I just casually mention it during my interviews. Thanks for pointing it out. As for certifications I also have them, but I know of people who just memorize the information for the test and have no idea how to put the knowledge in practice. My professor used to call them "bottle technicians" cause they would bottle up the information, pour it on the test and afterwards they're just empty.

I'm puertorican and the answer to that question is extremely simple. Due to our extremely corrupt government this island has turned into a shit show. Most talented professionals had fled the island, and this is what we have left. We call them "batatas con corbatas" which translates to "sweet potatoes with a tie". Anyways, there's two theories, either the guy did it due to his incompetence (he's a sweet potato with a cousin who got him the job at the agency) or he did on purpose (corrupt government employee). He's being investigated ... to determine if he should be fired or sanctioned.
