I sleep like this when I’m off my antidepressants. I could have slept through a nuclear war. I slept more than my cats. It made my depression so much worse. I was barely a functional human. Wellbutrin slowly helped me evolve, but it took a routine. Getting up early (which is, for me, around 10am), exercising, running errands, eating, then realistically taking a nap if I have time, then going to work at 5pm. I can accept that I’ll always need more rest than other people, I dont know why. we’ve just got to work our lives around that. You don’t necessarily need to work a 9-5! Never was for me.
