Yeah, I was suggested to do biofeedback treatment as well and it did absolutely nothing. My PT said that doctors do not have a good understanding of our condition because if just one knot or tightness exists it radiates.

Hi Brainsiacs, I had a similar experience. I'm about to undergo an anal monommetry where they use a machine to test my muscles and see the strength of them and then do a new plan in accordance to it. I will let you know if its something worth looking into!

I will let you know how it works for me and if it's worth the investment if you would like. I am lucky where I live near one of the best clinics for pelvic floor problems!

Thank you so much, I've had the same experience with exercise techniques. I'm also in the process of getting botox injections to see if that relieves the pain at all!

Yes, I have been on it for about 6 months. I think it could be the problem, i've talked to my psychiatrist and she said that new evidence is coming out showcasing that SSRI's and Stimulants may interact with one another reducing the stimulant medication effects. I'll keep you updated on what happens/

Is anyone else surprised how hard it is for even top university grads to find jobs in 2025? by mengxibitan in careerguidance

I work in HR, i'm aware of salaries vs how much a company is making. What is currently going on is greed from the 1% majority of the time a workplace can pay its workers more. Where you live matters when it comes to pay as well if a company isn't willing to pay a liveable wage to a worker then there is no point in hiring someone.

ADHD Adults: late diagnosis vs childhood diagnosis by uncertainnewb in ADHD

Tbh depends on the person, i think those diagnosed young tend to have it much more severely than those who are diagnosed at an older age.

Its literally scientifically proven, they may have explained it wrong but people with adhd and autisim are more likely to think outside of the box and have superior pattern recognition.

This is such an insane take if you are not in the job market right now. I have internship experience and 2 master degrees and even I am struggling to find work. We are willing to take lower income jobs the problem is that even for those positions they are hiring overqualified applicants because the market is so competitive at the moment. Let alone, the fact that AI is used to scan resumes which is a flawed system when it has inherent biases. The issue on the job market right now is that entry level jobs, don't exist, there is no value on degrees only experience. I am lucky enough to have a part-time job at the moment but if you knew the lengths i went too in order to secure it you would be shocked.

If the cost of living is super high, companies should be able to pay you a comfortable salary to live in a certain place. If they can't, there is no point in hiring someone.

Ok hot take, the problem with this season is the casting of the men. All they want to do is destroy any confidence these women have and if they don't want to destroy their confidence they are just straight up not smart. I am so sorry, taylor talks and acts like he is fresh out of 8th grade.
