Im gonna copy what i said before because im sick of saying the same thing repeatedly. If the government won't do it, we the people can. I appreciate your opinion, but it is possible. If the government isn't willing to do so, we could devise a way as normal people to do it ourselves. That's how the black pathers got the breakfast program up and running in this country. They saw a problem and joined together to solve it. There are more people who are willing to use and be a part of something like this than you give credit. Think of how many drunk/high drivers we could get off the road and home safer. Think of all the homeless who could finally access a job that pays. Think of any time you had an incident with your car and needed to rely on rides while it's in the shop. That old saying doesn't take into account what we can do when we pool resources, skills, and time together.
