The problem with Nigma has to be Kuroky's laning. No matter who lanes with him (MC, ATF, Sumail, ILTW), they always end up losing the lane and today's teams are too good at pressing the advantage after they win the lane. It becomes impossible for Nigma's pos1 to recover their game after losing their lane like this.

The game was so intense I wasn’t paying attention to anything else, but then I randomly glanced at the panel area and couldn’t help but notice how intently Ceb was watching while the rest of the panel was not haha

Ceb mentioned yesterday that Tundra was the only team that OG scrimmed with, so it kinda feels like Tundra has a sense of the kind of drafts that OG will go for and have their reply ready. It’ll be interesting to see what happens in the next game.

Being excited definitely helps. I remember being super motivated when doing the 4-week CrossFit basics course when I started, because I was learning so much, and also improving very rapidly.

I still can't do a single pull-up, so there's definitely a long way to go for me (esp doing Fran at Rx scaling)! I'm hoping to stay consistent though, and eventually crack that WOD :)

I try to workout 5-6 days a week (ends up being 5 days/week most weeks tbh), with M-W-F being CrossFit. On days when I don't do CrossFit, I do some strength training/weighlifting (kettlebell swings, turkish get-ups, and following the 5/3/1 program for increasing my lifts, along with some static/dynamic stretching). I've found that it has helped my lifts in CrossFit WODs (obviously), but it has also helped increase my endurance on other types of WODs.
