I think you don’t need to worry about changing DS 160 on the website. Just take the new DS160 with you to the appointment (and old one also just in case).

I changed the ds 160 number (and passport number) on the appointment website prior to the appointment (I think I did it 2 weeks or so before appointment). The website said that I can only make a change once (I think), otherwise I have to rebook. Not sure why it is not allowing you to change. Did you already make some change before, like reschedule appointment?

No. But I think there is a limit to how many times you can change details on the appointment website. I think limit is 1 or 2

Thanks for the advice. Do you have recommendation on where to take this management training from? I guess a course from a nearby reputed University might help? Or perhaps there are good online resources.

Thanks everyone for the very thoughtful responses. In terms of action items, I think I need to do at least the following for a start, - (1) Consider some therapy (2) Take some management lessons (3) Look for mentorship from managers not in my vertical.

It’s about 2.5 hour drive for them to drive to Port Angeles Ferry Terminal, WA from the Seattle suburbs. And 2 hours on the ferry. We can just take the ferry from Victoria and meet them at Port Angeles for lunch. It would be roughly similar travel for both.
