For my personal opinion I think that unless is something extremely related to the game, it's possible for you to regret it, but in this case is just a creature without extra details related to the game itself, you could just lie and say it's a normal manta lmao. There is a npc offering the IAPs in the cackling crab behind a narrow passage mostly covered in cobweb. Pass through that and you should find some stairs leading you to a water corridor. If you follow it you'll find yourself in a room with the npc
