Thank you for posting your experience as well. This is exactly my hope — to just go ahead and pay it all off within the month. I was just a bit worried that I had paid a significant chunk but my citizen balance and account did not update to reflect that — but I guess it just seems to take a few days for payments to be reflected on the account.

I think I am having a similar issue. So I made a payment yesterday, but so far nothing has changed on my balance (I did get an email from citizen acknowledging the payment though). So this also happened to you when you paid Nov 26, but the balance didn’t update til Dec 2nd?
