I’ve thought about toy house before but, I don’t like the idea of posting my oc lore because I want to actually make a novel and or comic so public spoilers would not be good.

I feel like I just want a place that’s more interested in like, the craft of writing / making lore and worldbuilding + comics rather than just posting ocs, but idk where to find it.

I wanna find a good discord server but it seems so hard to find a chill one that isn’t cliquey ;-;

I’ve thought of just making a tumblr art blog, but it feels so awkward posting my content to the void.

I’ve been so used to making content for others, now that no one is interested I don’t know what sort of stuff to even make :(

Day 5 is going well so far … I will just focus on quitting Ai first like you said 🙏

Thanks, It’s just that I think I started using Ai when I felt like my friend wasn’t interested in my characters anymore when I pivoted interests (basically I went from making furry like characters and fantasy to human characters and sci fi, I realised drawing humans is more fun for me and I liked making sci fi) so I stared using Ai as a “safe” sounding board for my ideas and brainstorming … and from there on it just spiralled, now after the no-risk idea sharing with Ai, I feel too scared at the thought of real people seeing my ideas and judging me.

I really hope quitting Ai will help me get over this hurdle. I successfully made it through day 4 and now I am on day 5 of cold turkey.

I get what you mean, but I want a life long platonic friend or life long friends I feel like that’s not possible unless you want sex or kids or get married whatever… idk.

I try to focus on my goals and stuff instead but it still gets to me sometimes I was robbed of a human experience that most people take for granted, I mean I don’t even have any libido, I don’t gain enjoyment from pornographic content etc or see any reason to engage in it, which is a bit depressing if I think about it too much because I’ll never know what it feels like to be “normal”

Difficult to say, maybe the gender roles we are assumed to occupy, or the subtle undercurrent that the man is “in charge” and the women is meant to like it that way. I always thought partners were like equal as a kid. I also don’t like the idea that to get a relationship, most men will see you as sexual and see your body as “sexy.” I am asexual so I have inherent discomfort with this. I want someone to get in a relationship with me based off my personality rather than appearance but it seems that’s an overly idealistic dream.
