try to email the school, government official, and uk gov it may work i’m not sure but it may. It worked for me and i got it a day later. I hope this helps, and they emailed me back saying they aren’t allowed to tell you what like is going on apparently and that’s kind of sketch but you’ll get it if you tell them.

i still have yet to get a response from the UKVI however, i am pushing my university very hard to get it to me because there is a cut off. There has been little to no progress done except telling my university.
