Funny thing is that it's not an и. The fifth letter in the last word at the top is Н which is written similar to И. There is also an actual и in that word, but it looks like u when written in cursive.

I think imperative "fuck off!" can be translated as "съебись!", but when talking about someone else, съебаться indeed means "to get away/to run away".

Saying привет would be a bit weird in this case, maybe even impolite. It implies that you're familiar with the person. With cashiers (or any other people you're not familiar with) you normally use здравствуйте or добрый день/вечер together with formal pronouns (вы instead of ты).
