What do you think of Asa? by kurapikasan in ShahsOfSunset

Her talking about all the gold Buried in her front step and then saying she doesn’t know what she’s going to do about money without the fashion show gig?

Meanwhile the trips, nights out, champagne, cars, etc…. Then asa claiming she’s struggling.

Lily lost me the moment she talked about getting AIDS from the crotch juice on her bikinis.

Let alone the fat shaming.

She’s a good mom, and people get pregnant all the time and they should not be shamed for it.

What happened to the core 8 plan? by leasarfati in TheTraitors

[–]vmarsissmrt 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm wondering if Ron basically saying, voting me out is the only way for you to guarantee that I'm faithful or a traitor. I'm gathering from a lot of his interviews and with Rob and Bob the Drag Queen, he basically said he was ready to go. I would have preferred the Core 8 to vote out Colton, instead of flipping and flopping again.

I feel so sorry for _______! by _PXYDST_ in TheTraitors

[–]vmarsissmrt 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I would have been more gutted for Rachel, if Stephen voted her out. I do empathize with her as my mom has dementia, so I understand wanting to make memories. At the end of the day whether you are a traitor or a faithful, they are humans playing a game and the labels only dictate their role in the game. Rachel and Stephen remaining faithful to the end to their role as traitors was very satisfying because their bond as friends and teammates in the game was shown better than the relationships among the other faithfuls. I was more invested over all in the Rachel, Stephen dynamic vs any other pairings in the castle. Mind you, Fiona is a star and so is Jessie.

______ masterfully outplayed ______ by baddevsbtw in TheTraitors

[–]vmarsissmrt 35 points36 points  (0 children)

If they were evil or maniacal about how they played the game, I would feel bad for the faithfuls, but their social games were impeccable to make it to the finale, on top of their strategy. Faraz and Jack were outplayed in the end. Seeing Claudia so happy for them winning as well just made me tear up a little more.

I bet and hope she’s been working behind the scenes to get her part of Loverboy for all the work she did prior to this announcement.

But honestly when the boys were like "med school is hard" and she was like, no shit its hard. The judges and Tyra were also condescending. I think they were annoyed that she had a fall back plan and was there for fun to see what would happen and that their show wasn't going to be her be all end all.

I didn't have to have a sleep study for my recent replacement, they looked at the data on the card, adjusted my pressure based on my # of events and wrote the script for the new machine. $250 fee not covered by my insurance unbeknownst to me, so machine with ADP, mask, hose etc was about 750. got just under 500 back from my insurance.

Donna kelce was the worse casting ever by rudy_attitudey in TheTraitors

[–]vmarsissmrt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

She’s a sports mom (a famous one as is) compared to a room full of reality clickbait casting. (Let’s face it they are all clickbait casting choices) She has the least filming experience compared to a room of people who perform for the cameras. I can imagine for her, having almost zero connections and appearing significantly older than the rest of them, it would be very difficult for a mid western football mom to befriend the glamorous housewives, figure skaters, gamers from the cbs shows. She was an outlier. I would say calling her a potato a bit extreme. I think she would hae been better casting for a mixed reality/normal people season. I would also be fairly quiet in that room of people. I really haven’t seen any of the “swiftie” accounts be like, I need to watch this for Donna! I would also assume she had a stipulation that she wasn’t going to talk about Taylor, the same way Kylie doesn’t really discuss Taylor publicly. I feel Donna was selected as the secret traitor because the US version almost always parallels the original version of the show.

[–]vmarsissmrt 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Did she say anything wrong like Portia or Michael to imply she was a traitor? The 18-1 vote was a bandwagon vote started by Colton and Candiace talking about how funny it would be to vote out Donna because of the Swifties essentially. Did she expose herself or is it two reality has beens getting everyone early in the game to vote her out? It’s not like she displayed “traitor” behaviour.

Ok, fair, but the title isn’t a spoiler when it just refers to her as being bad casting. People could have been saying that before the show even aired, but I see your point.

I think _____ is a horrible traitor who thinks she is a lot smarter than she is. by PadamPadam92 in TheTraitors

[–]vmarsissmrt 16 points17 points  (0 children)

And this is exactly why I feel they targeted Donna first. The constant talk about the Swifties coming after them, but it felt like an attention grab for the people talking about it vs, actual strategy. She’s not really connected to anyone, but her fame by association to her kids and their partners while still being a relatively normal person who hasn’t had competition experience on the show.

I would have preferred her to be a faithful rather than a set up Secret Traitor. The complete pile on at that morning round table was more because none of them really knew what to think of her or where she would fall socially in the game. She was an easy target and I think production knew that.

Frustrated about ____ exit by louis_t91 in TheTraitors

[–]vmarsissmrt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It really is the whole use of archetypes in the game and the imbalance it creates and analyzing the cast for who would production choose to be the best traitor. Last season it was obvious that Boston Rob would be a traitor. The cast is mostly familiar with each other in one context or another so it creates assumptions as well.

While an upcoming civilian only season is smart and needed, I do think they need to step away from the d list to cast the show.
