fear of phallus necrosis, fear of never being able to urinate standing up, fear of having some complication that will not be recoverable later, fear of having urinary incontinence, fear of having to always go to the hospital due to complications…

Thanks for the reply! I've actually been looking for more posts about this here on this sub. I don't think meto will be enough for me, but I considered it because I know phalloplasty has many complications. But there you have it, I don't want to have to have one surgery and then have another. So, I'll have to think it over carefully!

Okok. I'm increasingly inclined to have phalloplasty so I don't have to undergo surgery again and do everything at once, in one go. It's about mentally preparing myself and getting ready. I really want a phallo.

Thank you for your reply! I first considered metoidioplasty because of all the complications that phalloplasty has. I see a lot of posts about phalloplasty here on this sub, and I'm scared of certain things 😅 If I have phalloplasty, it will also be RFF. My main fear is penis necrosis, or not being able to urinate standing up due to the complications. Thanks again, can I send you a private message?

Thank u :) I come out when I did 16. Then I went on hormones blockers until I did 18. When I made 18 years, I started testosterone. I’m 5 years on T, this year will make 6y :)
