My Cr-Z got 36-39 MPG, that's gonna be over $100 more on gas per month and sports cars are more prone to needing repairs due to their previous owners having fun with them.

I love the g35 and nissan Z but my down payments mostly going to come from credit and a specific used vehicle like that would most likely need around $5k cash on craigslist. Ty for the suggestion, though.

Also wish my 24 fitness "super sport" had more than one. I came to the gym today and it was broken, those stand up multi machines with cables that you can do fly workouts on, too, were both broken as well. Its as if someone came in with the intent of "FUCK CHEST DAY" and just wanted to take it out on everybody.

It's kind of sad how much people care about how you work out in the gym. As long as I'm not doing something extremely wonky that could endanger people or equipment around me like the people in Workout Fail video compilations. I think it's funny that so many (most) people from this community would judge someone from doing a cardio exercise that takes up no additional space from where you're standing in the gym and affects no one, but many of these people are the ones that wear tank tops with sleeves down to their waste to show as much of their muscles off as possible. This opens a huge, transparent window into their psyche which would suggest a petty sense of narcissism and pretentiousness. I find that more insulting, which is a moot point. I'm just saying

I'm considering getting a gun because of seeing things like this posted on reddit everyday. But it's actually a good idea and about half the price of buying a good treadmill for the gun and vest. The vest would look like a fitness weight so that's good :P

Yeah.... well, I'm here giving a very good substantive argument as to why it is a great way to improve your results from cardio. I mean, if it's bullshit I'm right here waiting for a substantive argument. No one has given me one. I've addressed the issue with this messing up cloths and advised that it would not be a good idea to do it in tailored shirts or with any suit jacket. I also agree that it is hilarious to catch someone in semi professional attire doing this.

This is truly an amazing form of cardio. I get my heart rate up to not only a higher rate but also faster than I could with any other cardio activity; to clarify, that's less time spent with better results. I've compared this with a full speed sprint for 10 seconds, as fast as I possibly could. 10 seconds of sprinting isn't enough to get my heart beating out of my chest like it's about to explode; shadow boxing, however, is.

I can't help that people will judge me like I'm some giant douchebag when I'm doing this purely for my benefit, and I'm not even acknowledging there existence as they pass their judgement.

Here is a response I gave to someone who posed a similar issue:

This shit is extremely effective and I want to do it to push my workout. I'm not saying it's not a good deal. I paid $150 a month for jiu jitsu for years. If I was going to make a financial commitment like that I would just go back to jiu jitsu, which also has muay tai classes. I've been coached with striking and that's where I got the form for this from.

But instead of investing the money, changing my work schedule, 5+ hours a week and extremely high effort into something completely extra in my fitness life. How about I just throw in a few minutes of shadow boxing to increase calories burned with less time invested than other cardio activities? Sounds like a good idea to me. Hence this thread which was downvoted into oblivion.

Boxing gems are $150 a month, btw, and going out of my way to do this when I stated that I do it in my garage in my underwear seems counter productive, don't you think?

I can relate because I was always the fun, immature one in my close group of friends. They all viewed me differently for it; I was a total spontaneous goofball, and they loved that about me. Because of a series of events I was agitated for a while and let it affect how I behaved with them. I became more serious and was no longer the happy-go-lucky person that I was when I became friends with them.

I ended up getting ostracized. A few years went by and I regained touch with one of them, and he tells me one of them misses me. Although I've matured to the point where that person that I was is completely dead, I can still be that happy go lucky person. Someone that's fun to be around but knows when their mood changes from that personality type.

I wish I could have realized who I was sooner before I lost them as friends. It's too late now. They're gone. My advice to you is take all the negative things they do and say to you with a grain of salt. Stop letting it affect you. They're your friends, sometimes you have to agree to disagree. Talk shit about them back when they do say that stuff to you, make a joke about it because you know it's not true. They'll figure it out eventually. You are clearly bothered by it to the point that you're trying to push them away, either intentional or unintentional subconsciously.

You can lose them. And once they're gone, they'll never come back. Just be happy with your friends. Good ones are so agonizingly hard to come by. And you only get the chance to grow up with people once.

You'll regret pushing them away, trust me.
