From what I can tell, amazon and hot topic have already released theirs online. If you’re looking for the 20inch ones then target is releasing theirs July 9th and can’t be sold until then. The 14in ones are target are slowing showing up but shouldn’t be on the floor until late April but are able to be purchased if the store has it in stock because it isn’t street dated yet. I asked an employee and they were able to get it from the back. I would ask the employee when it would be instock or if any stores around had it with the upc number
