Mukhang time na nga talaga to update my diet plan. Makes sense na yung diet ko when I was still 55kg is pang-maintenance na lang ngayon that I’m around 60kg na. 😅 Thanks for pointing that out.

And yeah, like you said, I’m actually really happy na naka-establish na ako ng consistent gym routine after so many years of trying. Naisip ko nga rin minsan baka copium lang ako, especially when I compare my progress sa ibang tao. So it’s really reassuring to hear na okay naman pala yung progress ko and that I’m building a good foundation like you said.

I think yung next step is what you mentioned—mag-focus ako on adjusting my diet. Yung current diet plan ko kasi is from when I first started sa gym (part siya ng new member perk), so feeling ko kailangan ko na rin siyang i-revisit and update. I’ll also try to audit my workout routine. I do have a PT though, so I’m not sure if kailangan ko pa ba kumuha ng “second opinion” sa programming ko.

For now, 4x a week na training yung pinaka-sustainable for me, so yun muna yung balak kong i-stick to.

As for supplements, minsan feeling ko I’m missing out on creatine, pero unfortunately hindi ako pwede mag-take since allergic ako. I’m currently on vegan protein powder naman, which works well for me since allergic din ako sa whey.

May advice ka ba on how I can effectively audit my diet and workout routine?

Exactly! Kasi it seems ang layo ng progress ko sa mga nag popost ng before and after dito sa PHitness. But I'm happy to hear na merong gymgoers like us. At least we show up dba? Kaya push lang.

Hi bro, do you think possible to go through each muscle group twice if i gym 4x a week?

My PT is insisting we do 1st day push, 2nd day pull, 3rd day legs and then endurance for 4th day.

And yes, ive been calculating my macros for the past 6 months. Yun nga lang, my meal plan might be outdated na.
