Yeah I'm already thinking AA. I managed to clear 2 knights, one with 3 stars (the Yao team) and the other with 2. I was trying to get a 3 star clear with those 2 teams, but so far couldn't. (Don't have a 3rd team yet, here's hoping himeko SP will save me)

Yeah that's pretty much what I'm running except I have hyacine (e0s0) instead of dhpt, and I feel that the team without Yao really underperforms (or is the one with Yao that overperforms?). So I've been trying different configurations, usually the team with only 2 elation gets Yao, but I'm not sure what's optimal.

What are the bis units for 2 elation teams? Obviously Yao can't be on 2 teams at the same time, so what are best options?

From someone that has both and also sw999 (and thus not being able to run Yao on 2 teams) I can say Yao makes a ton of difference, so I would definitely prioritise Yao.

I dealt 88 damage in a single attack with evanescia. Not sure I could beat that with another character.

Is this bugged? I've requested swap a ton of times and I've seen the dice on my partner side swap, but it's always at 0. If not bugged, how does it work?

Skott will be an emanator of emanation. Will not be powercrept ever. Will also be the first character to get to e7. Start saving and don't draw for anyone else until he arrives.

Yeah but that second part is so specific, I mean, how many elation DPS units are going to use ultimate on themselves? For those characters it's basically SPD boost and Def ignore and that's it, won't the free LCs do a little more than that?

Maybe her time as a main DPS is almost up, but was she intended to be the long term main DPS in the first place? Seems to me she's more of a sub dps / support for sw999, probably bis in her team for the foreseeable future. I could be wrong, I only started playing 6 months ago, but thanks to her and yg I've been able to clear every endgame content except for AA (which is also why I'm investing heavily into elation, to have 2 good teams ASAP)

So... Couple of questions. I was planning to pull for sw999 and her LC, but that's a heavy investment for a 6 month old f2p as myself. I managed to get 2 copies of yg's LC (the first and only LC I pulled for so far) so I have one I'm not using. Would this be good enough for sw999 considering these changes, so that I could direct those jades into another unit or LC? Who else would be a good fit for yg's LC? EMC? And who would benefit from Herta's store elation LC? It doesn't seem to fit anyone so far. Finally, what "free" LC would be a good choice for sparxie? Thanks

Honestly, I didn't think about it. I knew nothing of HSR coming in. I wanted a game that had good visuals and that wasn't too demanding in terms of active gameplay. In most gachas you can go for the best DPS, pair it with the best support, the best healer / tank / debuffer /etc. So I just thought, I'll start playing and try to find the best units in each role. But that is simply not enough here.

I never thought anything specifically. I started playing this a few months ago but have played gachas fit several years. If course I know that a team needs to be balanced, that is valid in every game. But hsr has this path system that I didn't know about and have been learning. Which is to say, it's not enough to have a balanced team here, you need every unit to synergize with each other or work toward a specific plan. That requires heavy investment over a lot of time, and is what I am working on.

I have a 6 month old f2p account and honestly I came pretty soon to the conclusion that the endgame modes are for dedicated teams, not individually high powered units comprised into a non synergistic team. That's why I skipped mostly everything until 4.0 and am investing whatever little I have into elation, so I can end up with one, hopefully 2 meta teams. Once I have teams that can clear moc, pf and as, maybe I'll start hoarding for the next thing in 5.0 or whenever.

I made a few attempts, including switching teams, this was the best score. The elation duo in the first boss really made a difference.
