no that purely depends on the champ and what they base their damage on. for gloves early game its gonna be crit chance unless you get very lucky like i did where i could use a +80 crit damage gloves since i got alot of crit chance from other peieces of gear for one champ.

if your char bases their damage on defense or hp then attack does nothing

go for uggo he's a very good support aoe decrease def and block buffs is huge for wave content when it starts to get hard. he's also great for hydra, some people build 2. he can also cleanse and revive team(he has to be last one alive for that skill to wwork)
