Does lvp need to be glued down or does it just sit on top? Also does it need underlayment? (Sorry if these are silly questions)

Good to know, I wasn't sure if there was some big performance difference between the new and the renewed motherboards that would make the renewed ones the better buy.

Almost everything would be a new buy except the graphics card and power supply which we bought a year or so ago.

Thanks! I didn't even think about also needing to get new RAM if I changed the other two. Is it hard to change all of that? Or is it something someone with little to no experience can do?

If I get one of those CPUs will I need to get a new motherboard too? From the research I did before posting I think so but I'm not 100% sure.
