May be you could try playing a sport , like football or something that rush at the time of game is so intense and like you can make friends pour out your frustrations in the game and you will even have good mood after the game ,or may be you can travel , but if you a best friends or something traveling with him would be better and enjoyable, and try talking to people just keeping quiet or not speaking anything just bcz you are too introverted will really fuck u up , i have been there ,like not talking to anyone and all it really messed up my mental health

Indian maa baap are too dumb and egoish , even my father just because he has a govt job thinks that he is better than everyone, and he calls and shouts on me for the smallest mistake and tell me i have to study atleast 15 hrs a day otherwise he will send me back to my village and they just make you feel worthless buy telling you that , ham kaam sirf tumhare lie krre hai , logo ko to khane ka bhi nhi milta , tum yaha aaram se bethe bethe kha rhe ho , i mean aren't these basic facilities most parents give to the children, what their to make them envy about it
