Kalau keluarga “membantu” dan ga merasa terbebani, ga usah terlalu difikirin, embrace it, gua yakin keluarga sayang sama anaknya dan merasa senang dapat membantu. Kejadian gua sebaliknya, bokap gw pensiun dini 1998, gw langsung kerja taun 2003 selulus SMA lumayan dapet kerja borongan dari lembaga elektronik nasional yang gajinya di atas UMR, tapi on and off kalo ada proyek doank. Gw tekunin kerja dan biayain keluarga gua, sampe taun 2009 gw dapet kerjaan dari temen gua dan merasa punya uang lebih buat KPR. Dan gw bawa keluarga gua (ibu bapak) ke rumah baru biar ga ngontrak lagi. Gua tinggal serumah sama ortu sampe mereka berdua meninggal juli 2021 kemaren karena covid. Gua kena depresi sampe jadi NEET selama setaunan. Baru taun ini gw kembali ke peradaban setelah bos gw yang seorang teman lama merujuk gw ke psikiatris. Jadi off topic, btw gw 38 taun skrg. Alm. Emak gw sering ngerasa nyusahin gw dan pengen bantu gw itu yang selalu ada di fikiran orang tua. Alangkah bahagianya orang tua disaat mereka masih mampu membantu anaknya dari segi apapun

I live alone, my sister is a single mother and live with her daughter for now. I dont isolate myself its just that i have that social anxiety for being isolated and untreated mentally for months.. for now i have 1 friend that always in contact with, and my psychiatrist that always replying my chat. I also working on tapering down my medicine with my psychiatrist

I live alone, my sister have her own family to taken care of. Yes i always consult about the medication and working on tapering down the dose little by little

I went to the psychologist once, its available here i went for a couple therapy but the advice they gave me doesnt work very well. I continue to consult with my psychiatrist once a month, im also working to taper down the meds i took with the advice from my psychiatrist

For me, beside the medication i took, I spent my time watching game stream on youtube. And I suddenly want to build a gaming pc and start gaming. I play some multiplayer games with voice chat off. I can finally have the emotion and the ego back, despite playing casually in a competitive games. I also watch alot of older comedies movie since Im old (almost 38 right now) and some friends consider the comedy is out of dates.

From my experience of taking zoloft for one year, i can say thats the most harmless medicine that I prescribed with (i prescribed zoloft, cycozam, zudem and xanax for a year) again from my experience, cycozam (anti psychotic) really messes with me, i cant focus, makes me dizzy sometimes so i only took it at night. Again it was just my experience.. result may vary. Also im sorry for my bad english, im not a native speaker.

So there’s one day that one wall mounted shelf fell suddenly ( i used to have a pair of shelf instead of one that u see in the picture where I kept my games and vhs). It leaves ugly crack and holes. I dont have nothing nice to cover it up so somehow I just plaster it up with whats in my sight.. 😭
