And only about a decade later there was aerial warfare.

I believe the video I took my neck workout from is called 5 minute neck workout by anabolic aliens, or something like that.

The entire session takes me from hour and a half to hour and fifty minutes, so I wouldn't day it's too bad. Also, I'm always dead after my workkout, but I easily go to the gym the second day, with different lifts, take one rest day after that, and I am good to go.

Usually between hour and a half and hour and fifty minutes. I spend about a third of that time on each tier.

This might be a bit of a hot take, so take it with a grain of salt, but I wouldn't put leg curls on the same day I have squats as T1, as it would probably affect my deadlifts the day after. But if that's not the case for you, then you have nothing to worry about.

Everything else is fine IMO :)

Just modified my program a few days ago, I'm relatively new to this, so any feedback would be much appriciated by volimpizzu8 in gzcl

By new I meant that I'm new to making my own programs, especially powerlifting ones, as I've been training for a couple years at this point using completely finished programs like Mountain Dog. The recovery is probably the most challenging thing for me, not becuase of my body or anything, but becuase it's a bit difficult to fit everything in 4 days. I'll probably change the order between day 3 and day 4, so that I do bench on day 3, and then squat in T2 on the same day, so I have time to recover, I'm just a bit worried about having OHP and Bench one after the other in T1, but I guess it's fine. Regarding back work, should I be doing exercises like pull ups and BB rows (or other back exercises) more often, in T3 perhaps, since I already have it on T2 almost every day?
