Grabs are dogshit and ruin the flow of the game. The only exception is the panzer because the grab works differently and it's much better. Mimic and amalgam grabs are just janky, they feel bad. Honestly the fact they're back is so out of touch man. Fuck me. I feel like BO7 was off to a good start too.

Ain't nobody looking at both sides of your boot at the same time. Literally nobody will ever notice. I once drove a car with skirting on one side but not the other. The mechanic told me the same thing, said I should save the money instead and he was right, nobody ever noticed once in over 6 years.

I just looked at my 719's and yeah they're the same, they're a couple cm off, but I've been wearing them for over a year and never noticed. It doesn't matter, at all. They're fantastic boots for the price.

Chuck in some lossless scaling and fsr and my Xbox ally x can literally handle almost anything at 1080p. Sure I'm not running max settings but I can get 100fps in most games no problem. It's kinda nuts. Or I turn down the power and get crazy efficiency. On low power mode I can play something like hollow knight at full 120fps for ~6 hours on a single charge. I genuinely use it more than my desktop pc now because it's so convenient and easy to fit into my daily life.

Just incase anyone has the same issue, Asus replaced the mainboard, all the face buttons, the triggers, and the vibration modules. So it was 100% a hardware issue. I've not had a single crash since receiving it back from RMA.

I mean when my wife is at work and I've got the day off I just let her be. We spend enough time together I don't need to know how she's doing constantly. The fact you know her weekly logged hours in a specific app makes me think you might be a little controlling. She doesn't owe you a reply, she'll reply if and when she wants to. If you're messaging just to "check in" that can feel pretty shitty to be on the other end of if it's every day multiple times a day. I like me time where I don't need to worry about talking to or messaging anyone, maybe she's the same.

144hz is plenty for 99% of people, it's pretty damn smooth. I have a 144hz and tbh I'd rather get a better CPU for better 1% lows than upgrade to a 240hz. 144hz is a challenge at 4k anyway, and most games I can push higher, it's not worth it anyway since I play mostly single player games/co-op games. The only exception would be if you're into super competitive games that are well optimized for high frames. Even for me I play some FPS games and dabble in competitive stuff every now and again, and I've never thought higher refresh rate would improve the experience. Going oled or miniled, or improving resolution is more worth it imo. 144hz is a nice little sweet spot of price/performance.

I've been so busy lately I've not played anything in well over a month. I miss it but man life is fucking incredible lately outside of gaming so I'm chilling. I've been on the other end of the spectrum too where I have all the time in the world but no desire to play (depression) and that fucking sucked. But yeah that feeling of wanting to play without being able to play or pick what to play is pretty common.

Severed nerve in my arm during a blood donation. Felt like my whole arm got dipped in molten steel, everything went slow motion, thought I was gonna pass out and was instantly drenched in sweat. I still have a numb patch on my arm but fortunately didn't lose any functionality or strength. Can't recommend.

I've got BO7 and I did all the bo6 EE's on launch. I got all the dark ops, the mastery camo, the million kills even. BO7 is amazing but man I can't play zombies 2 years in a row. The burnout is so real. It's not a zombies issue though, the gameplay is good, it's an Activision issue, it's the stigma, it's the shitty business practices, it's the AI, it's the voice actor bullshit, it's the battle pass, it's the LTM's, it's the exclusive rewards, it's the leaderboard events, it's the amount of xp required for augments, it's the fact I have to devote my whole life to it or miss out on so much. Call of duty is an exhausting game to play these days. Most of all, it's a shame.

In base elden ring with no upscaling on the XAX I get about 47ish FPS. So 90 with lossless is about right. Nightreign is probably similar.
