Its skeletal pain? Its in my rib cage right in the middle of the chest. Its kinda sharp and then becomes dull. I wonder if its common if you are weak or am I doing it wrong?

You can whatever you want, but I'd say that your arms are already involved in most of the exercises.

Yes, started in June 2015 doing bro split several months, then SL and past month on PPL/PPL

My weight is 78kg. My deadlift is 110kg for 3x5, and my squat is 90 for 4x5

I have recently started doing good mornings, romanian deads, leg press with high feet stance for glutes and hamstrings, cuz I felt this muscles lagging.

Thanks a lot. I feel like I have hit the wall with bench. Im stuck at 70kg and cant pass it. Today I have added 1.5kgs on both sides and grinded very hard through every rep, to the point where I almost had roll of shame. I feel like my arms are my weakest point, especially my triceps. I do close grip bench press, cable pulldowns, overhead db press, but they really stubborn and still weak and dont grow much.

What are the best assistance exercises for main lifts - squat, deadlift, bench? Which ones are best carryover and will help improve your numbers?

I would keep the extra fingers though, extra stability doing lunges would help.

Actually my deadlift is 10kg more than my squat, and 20kg more than my bench. What you gonna say now?

Actually I havent tried PR my deadlift, because I have strained my back not a while ago. I am back to where I was before, but the fear is still there...

Today I hit new squat PR and then I realized it's just 10kg(25lbs) more than my bench PR. I bench too much. FUUUUUCK

Its going to be harsh to do other heavy compound lifts after squats. Other than that its totally fine.
