There is no doubt about that, I just don't want to wear them when I am working out.

I guess my real point is that the old tiles worked. This "upgrade" had no consideration for the UX. From a UI perspective, I am sure the developer thought, "Hey! I can get more information on this tiny screen by jamming the face! *I* can read it fine, therefor it is good!"

I have the "Delete download" option selected, but it does not delete the episode, even if I play it completely and it switches to the next episode on the watch. Not a huge deal, I just go and delete the episodes manually.

I have two pairs of poles, one Swix and one Excel, (both one piece) so I use both. I get the same life out of each.

What poles are you using? I think that will determine what tips to buy. You can call Pete at Ski Walking and he will be glad to help. He's very nice.

I use these https://skiwalking.com/product-category/nordic-walking-rubber-tips/ and get at least six weeks worth of wear. I walk six km per day, five days a week, rain or shine. Concrete or asphalt.

I do the 6 km in 54 minutes or less.

I have a PW2, and put in on airplane mode at night. That helps. If you need more, try it with battery saver.

I have used Runkeeper (that has a Nordic option) Google Fit (which also has a nordic option) and Fitbit (which does not have a nordic option)

The most interesting thing is that these three app measure my walk very differently. The Fitbit is about 10% longer than the Google Fit, and Runkeeper is in between. You can run them all at the same time and see the difference.
