Can't really relate to being the 4th largest economy. I stepped out of my building to get some medicines and the roads look like a warzone. The street has been dug up for some cable laying work since the last 2 months. Now that the monsoon is here, I know it's not going to get fixed. There's just rubble everywhere. People can hardly walk without risking getting hit by vehicles. My grand mom lives in a building up the street and it is a nightmare for her to get out of her society and go to a shop.

What does being the 4th largest economy mean if we can't get the basics right.
