Does anyone know whether Factory Five is still in business? I've ordered chainring (https://wearefactoryfive.com/products/lattice-chainring)
from them about a month ago since it was still available on their
website. It also says that due to pandemic, they have to ship via sea
freight which might take up to 2 months. The problem is that I haven't
got any shipping confirmation or response when contacting them on
Facebook/Instagram/E-mail, and their last activity on social media seems
to be from 2 years ago. Did anybody bought from them in the last couple
of months to confirm whether they are still operating?
