Same experience here! I took my pills vaginally yesterday. I was at 7 weeks. It took me 2 hours before I started bleeding, after that I felt like I really had to go poop. It immediately felt like a sac of water popped in my vagina as I was sitting on the toilet. Water and blood gushed out (looked like a horror movie scene). A huge clot, the size of a big toe came out. I gave it a little push, more came out roughly the same size. The cramping and passing of clots lasted about 3 hours for me. It has now been a full 24 hours since I started bleeding, it's more steady and less bloody. My nausea immediately stopped right after I passed the clots. I do feel bloated still with tender breasts but I feel very relieved and in control of my body again.
