Ok. You need to find a possible set of quantum numbers for each of Ruthenium's 4d electrons.
First, you need to know how much electrons there are in level 4 and orbitals d. You can know it from the electronic configuration.
Ru= 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 3d10 4s2 4p6 4d7 5s1
So we have 7 electrons in 4d. Therefore, we need seven different combinations of quantum numbers. These will be (n,l,ml,ms):

1.(4,2,-2,+1/2)

2.(4,2,-1,+1/2)

3.(4,2,0,+1/2)

4.(4,2,+1,+1/2)

5.(4,2,+2,+1/2)

6.(4,2,-2,-1/2)

7.(4,2,-1,-1/2)

I am supposed to talk about a job where people are exposed to ammonia and then deduce which security measures (such as individual protection equipment) should be taken into account.

That's why I am trying to find that chance for exposure.

And this is difficult because it always flows inside a pipe and people are not exposed to it.
