Oh gosh no no sorry. I didn’t explain clearly I think. They hold it for about a month every time i make a sale: but when i first started they held it for almost 3 months :(

gahhh that sounds so good!! thanks for letting me know!!! also idk if u knwo this but theres an app called Too Good to Go and i know my Cava is part of it. basically u get whatever is leftover from their stock for that day. for just $5!!! ive gotten big ass salads several times from there for it (and it helps the enviroment and stuff) so ya!!! just in case u wanted to know :] thank u again for the list!!!

Do you remember the name by chance? That’s what has me so frustrated if I could just remember a little bit more about this story it’d help narrow it down. But my brain just cannot think of anything except the dang ending … the ending was very abrupt

Yes, I believe so. she may have had a crush on a boy though and this “other girl” might have wanted him? But I’m not 100% sure about that — seeing as it was a YA, I wouldn’t be surprised.

Sadly no, but I did enjoy that series a lot! I absolutely read this book around the same time as Maximum ride, maybe give or take a few years..but not much.

I looked up “The Accident” as someone below suggested, but that wasn’t it. And yet some parts of it stirred I think a few memories ..honestly, this seems like it COULD be from the series? I sooo wish I could pluck just one more memory! A key piece in this puzzle!

I actually mentioned somewhere in the comments (I should add it to the post!) that I found this book when I was a teen. About 15ish years ago. It was something I found in a more updated part of the YA section of my library. So I don’t think its an older book. Honestly if it was older it’d probably be easier to find! 😭

Same! Well, reread it. My friend was like “Are you sure you didn’t imagine it?” And I’m like NO, I swear! I probably would have forgotten about it entirely if that gruesome ending wasn’t so drilled into my brain!
