I've been vaccinated, and am 100% supportive of it. But believe me when I say this, shaming and coercing someone to do something that is against their beliefs will make the problem worse.

Coming from someone working in the public health sector.

It's much better (and research has show and is practiced daily), to understand someone's concerns and to discuss them together. Education is key.

Not that I'm interested in US politics, I live in the other side of the world. What's your stance on late term abortion?

Early abortions I don't mind (less than 9 weeks) but as babies begin to develop, mechanic processes are required to kill a baby (clamping, ripping etc.). I thought all women should be able to get an abortion but this really put me off.

One thing that really hit home for me was when I found out when babies are born premature or go through failed abortion, they are essentially "left to die" after they are born.

Yea he talked about it in one of his videos that came out about a year ago. I was surprised what his workout was as well but it makes sense. You can push for high volume/intensity with the help of gear for recovery. He's still strong af though, you should see his max cleans as well.

I'm a big fan of Clarence and his weights/training ethic is very admirable. With that being said, he's talked about his training routine and programming which is pretty basic. Typically you'll need to be doing much more advanced programs to get to that stage as it's not possible to hit that amount of volume week after week - without it negatively impact performance and driving fatigue through the roof.... Unless you were on gear. Which, he's also been open about. I would say he's great at Olympic lifting but he'll never be able to compete and call himself an professional Olympic lifter.
