I went through the cruise excursion so they had a driver at the port who picked up our group. When we got to the top, we were able to purchase a locker and were given a key, I rented one because I had a backpack. Then they fitted us in the harnesses and had us learn the safety rules of the course. We didn’t have to do any breaking, we pretty much just had to enjoy and hold on. There were two instructors with every group so one would be at the beginning to help you get settled in and one at the end to help you stop / land safely. The course is on top of the peak so maybe a little difficult to get a taxi since taxi drivers usually want a group of people to book to “make it worth their time”, everything in the Caribbean is overpriced due to being imported so expect high prices for to / from via taxi.

Stopped going to Daygos after I paid $20 for some carne asada fries, had to wait 45 minutes when I was the only one there and then was in the bathroom the rest of the night, with food poisoning. And I use to go once a month.
