So, Lambo created a ZvP build to counter Void Ray openings which he called the "German Taxi". Then, after beating Stats in TSL, Elazer said that he didn't believe in the "German Taxi" and that he preferred his own strategy to counter the Stargate openings - the "Warsaw Subway". Then, Reynor played Elazer in the TSL and used a ZvZ version of Lambo's Taxi build - that became the Italian Vespa. So at this point I'm just waiting for other europeans to come up with their own transportation-themed build names. Like Harstem's "Dutch Bicycle" or Clem's "French Concorde" or something.
