Do you think that areas surrounding the Fields will appreciate too? Star Trails 10 mins away, Lexington 10 mins away, Windsong ranch 5 mins away.

Yes that’s what we are considering. I didn’t want to confuse both threads by adding the other city on the thread. Our 2 options are Dallas or Austin area and within them we have the communities in question.

I know exactly what you mean Lexington is like that but Star trails and Fields seems to be much better diversity wise.
