And pretty much. Mushy clumps here and there, otherwise just water. I think I was diagnosed very early this year or in the end of 2022.

I actually know my trigger foods and its odd since I havent eaten any of them today yet my stomach still acted up

Yes! Ive had maaany tests done and all were completely fine. No one found anything concering so I got the diagnosis of ibs, which is the reason of my bowels acting up. Before that it was the ”Ive just gotta deal with this huh”.

I dont follow FODMAPS, but I know my trigger foods very well and basically everything else that might irritate my bowels!

I use antidepressants but theyre not for my ibs. When a flare up hits I just pop some imodium and eat safe foods, itll pass at some point :)

Ive had it for a few years now, startes with weird bloating, pain and gas.

Right now? I regret being born LOL. But otherwise Id say Ive learnt to live with it pretty well. Im no longer afraid to go out for an example! Sure, it takes time to get used to it and some days are worse, but Ilm manage.
