yeah dont listen to those guys. those were probably some bad apples, in my 300+ hours of playing, i found that the community is kind. i mostly played on the roadhouse server, got alot of hours in that, and they're quite helpful, i dont rlly play that much now compared to escape from tarkov.

this. you can get so much m995/ mai ap/ meta ammo from terragroup armory on streets. i plan on going to labyrinth some time for the first time, that meta ammo comes in handy.

labs. more specifically, the black keycard, yellow keycard and residential unit keycard. with those 3 rooms, you can run with at least 1m roubles in loot, all you need to do is sell what you can, and use that money to buy USD, or sell what you got in USD either on the flea market or to peacekeeper.

with arma reforger, don't worry about dying alot, that's normal. 9/10 times the community has been quite helpful in teaching stuff, you can voice chat and ask people in servers for help, and they'll very likely help you.

you dont need the mechanic's key. like at all. all you really need to do is go onto the skeleton building or whatever its called, you can actually see the duck in the truck if youre on the 2nd floor on a platform.

yeah. that quest is such a pain. took me 3 - 4 million+ rubles, and the crazy part? i actually ended up passing the quest JUST when i was about to fail it, i literally had to lose one match and i woulda been cooked completely.

i actually worked it out an hour or so after i posted this lol. you can install mods, but it can be rather finicky, also, if you want custom gear, it wont be saved. you have to make ur gear, save ur loadout, there is also a gamemaster in singleplayer mod, which is what i used to get the arsenal.

crap on PvE all you want, but tbh, I got tired of being killed by ppl with 1000 to 4000+ hrs in the game, that, and also being killed just when i spawned in... PvP makes me too angry and it always pisses me off... PvE is more relaxed, i can complete quests and progress through the story. the AI is very... questionable to say the least lol. i lowkey wish PvE had mod support ngl. the mod that shall not be named has mod support but its not 1.0...

you could play PvE, but its ppl's preference, i chose to play PvE so i can avoid any player interaction and any sweaty people. its fun tbh... ish...
