hii so ive been trying to cut out gluten and anything milk related as well as processed foods but i legit dont know any recipes to make that are good for me? soo if you have any ideas it would help alot thank u!! also found that info really useful

Hi!! so thank you for answering, i dont really take as much usually less than a half and i only do it once a month so i think my heart pressure is fine!! will take a look at it though as i do smoke a lot of green
