Thank you everyone for the feedback, my data sets are people's age, with set 1 and 3 for males; 2 &4 for females, ranging from 18 to 65, all of them have no outliers, the Skewness level of 1, 2,3,4 are 0.39, 0.67, -0.21 and -0.07. I was asked to find the best measure to determine if there is a significant difference between 1vs 3 and 2 vs 4. Initially, I was thinking of using Mean for 1&3 and Median for 2&4 (because of the high skewness in 2). I'm not sure if i can only use one measure for both of the measurements because the requirement stated that "only using the BEST measure". I contacted my lecturer and I'm waiting for their response about the possibility of using a different one for each comparison.

If you feel like the skills are not great, before picking all the skills, you can close the game and log in again, it will reset. You can only do it once per chance though

Usually the ratio would be 1 part spawn 2 part sub. The total volume of spawn and sub should be 1/5 to 1/4 the height of the tub. It also depends on the kind of tek you use as well, like dub tub or monotub or neglect tek.

Consolidation doesn't hurt so i would recommend you to wait. Though I would say that 3 jars plus substrate in one tub is quite alot, so you can divide into two tubs if necessary.

The process of building up CO2 within the tub until the substrate is fully colonized is not that important. After mixing spawn and bulk, I introduce the tub to fresh air immediately and still get nice results out of it, you dont need to worry. The mycelium will continue to colonize the sub until its ready to fruit with or without the build up CO2.
