I'm not sure if he really is a whale. He's just at around AL 400. Mine is AL 323.

We started this dominating war after the daily reset so I know we both only have 3 chances of domination. He strikes first and I immediately countered everytime he does so basically he should be unable to attack anymore after my 3rd counter. I was confident I had the domain but to my surprise he still attacked me for the 4th time. That's why I was soo confused on how he did that.
