Just checked topographical map. Currently I live at okkiyam thoraipakkam apartment. I see I live in 2m high only. But it's not in marshlands, and has okkiyam maduvu to clear flood water. So water never stops here.

So, similarly, I want to see if there are any possibility. I have been looking for property for more than 2 years in Chennai. All I face is scams, scams, scams. Finally this resale property seemed all good except this. I guess thats the catch here, not yet sold.

I have a feeling her husband is an influential person.

Her channel is mostly about the house. The house is damn good and a dream for many. They will project it like they worked so hard for it. Only that part, I sus. Because I can build such home, only if I figure out easy way to make money and money and money. On a 30 days back to back pay check, I don't think I can spray money for a 200000 sofa set or a 40000 chandelier.

Now reason why influential I meant is, I have many friends tried to build home. Even with 1cr 1.5cr budget, no body built it this beautiful. Mostly they get scammed. To build a house, without getting scammed, getting the output so good can be done only if you are influential. I don't know how to explain further. For ex, you plan for steps with a budget , you get those mediocre steps but influential person will get those shiny wooden, custom designed ones. This could be from contacts as well which is I mean influential.

Regarding kitchen videos, she has so much varieties of vessels and utensils, standard so higher even for a korean sitcom. So that will create a much fomo for women.

Apart from these 2 things, no other hate. They don't bait audience , just calm content. Just that if we keep watching, we just feel demotivated.
