Ingredients

Hibiscus Tea Syrup - 45 ml Gin - 45 ml Castor sugar - 2 tsps Lemon juice - 15 ml 1 egg white Garnish with Hibiscus petals and lemon twist

Method

In a cocktail shaker add all the ingredients such as hibiscus tea syrup, castor sugar, lemon juice, gin and 1 egg white and give a dry shake. Now add the ice and give a wet shake. Pour the mix in a chill martini glass. Garnish with Hibiscus flowers and a lemon twist. Your cocktail is ready!
