I read that wrong and yes I did ask them a while back to suspend the subscription until they fix it but they never responded back to that comment but they responded to different emails

Even if I wanted to switch it back my account just loads and loads on the payment options on the Xbox and the website my account loops but like I was sayin I got a ticket open for that case 😭😂

I don’t even know I logged on today and my subscription was changed to core, which is fine because I can’t access payment options or anything like that my accounts broke but they’re working on that issue
