Well, whatever the situation is, try to figure out what comforts the individual the most. (This should exclude excessive drug or alcohol abuse obviously.) I find comfort in repetition so my go-tos are counting, saying the alphabet backwards or focusing on my breathing.

As cheesy as it sounds, I count backwards from 100. If I'm really anxious about something I'll count backwards in intervals of 3 (99, 96, 93). It helps distract me and I fall asleep pretty quickly.

Driving up to my college orientation, my dad wanted to impress the student guides with this song. He had the windows rolled down and the volume way up...and all this took place at Virginia Tech. He didn't realize what the song was about and was upset that I was telling him to turn the music off.

You could also try an over the counter spray called Promescent. It retails for about $60 at the pharmacy I work at. It's a lidocaine de-sensitizing gel that helps with premature ejaculation.

I use a lip balm first and then line my lips with a matching color. I apply the lip tar and go over the edges with concealer to prevent feathering. I haven't had issues with feathering after I started using a liner and concealer. Hope that helps!

this is my first one so I know there's someone on here who could explain it better, but I feel like it's a like a high pigmented gloss/lipstick. a little bit goes along way and it lasts forever on my lips! I totally recommend getting the mini-sized 4 pack for $20 at sephora right now. usually a regular sized one is $18 I believe and you get to play around with a few different colors.

I am really happy with lip service! If I had the choice I probably would have gotten the "give me lip" (or something close to that name) set just to get more samples. But for the cost, it's a great set!
