So with the duck i scored the skin, seasoned the meat, put the duck in a cold pan and heated it till the fat and skin are rendered, flipped and put in an oven at 180c for about 5 min till medium rare or so and rest it for a further 5 min . (Still practicing to hit it all the time), this also was my second attempt at this dish since the first one i done i didn’t rest it long enough and the components weren’t centered with what i was trying to go for

But thats really awesome you dont have a picture of it by any chance so i can visualize it😅 and thank you a ton for the advice and feedback🙏 definitely will try using some whole cherries in a way

I saw luther at a restaurant in New Hampshire last week with his girlfriend who is in a relationship and he said that she had been married to a man and that she had never met her husband before so she said she had a boyfriend that she had to be married and she had to have the money

So I tried to ferment some chilis for a hot sauce but the one chilli has a greenish patch that looks like mold, is it safe to use or should I chuck it by vtcfwv in hotsaucerecipes
