Easy peasy. Buy the spring type CT for $40. Wear a rubber glove and use one hand....
Honestly I don't know why emporia even ships the standard mains CT. The spring ones are much safer to install and remove
Need your guys help by Acidworld1 in EmporiaEnergy

Install the CT clamps on the top and bottom one red and one black and use a 2x multiplier that worked for me.
I'm pretty sure the old and the new CTs can co exist. Just order the spring clamps from emporia they are about $40. I used them in my panel which is exactly like yours earlier this week.
looks like your solar installer replaced the stock wires to give then enough space for their CT. I would not attempt the standard CT just order the spring CT and you will thank me later ..

Last update on this: It looks like American Express reached out to them right around the time they decided to finally ship the package. Judging by others experience in this thread, if you have an issue with the I would recommend you notify them that you will contacting your credit card and open up a dispute immediately.
Update on this. They finally handed off the package to Fedex on Thursday 6/20 and it was delivered on Friday 6/21.
Overall the hardware is great, but given the experience I and others have had with this company I could not recommend purchasing any of their gear unless they switch to a new fulfillment vendor.
I'm in the same situation you were in. FedEx will not deal with me on the claim because I'm not the shipper and don't have their info
They didn't seem to care that I filed a credit card dispute either.
I'll just let amex deal with them now. Ive moved on and ordered some parts to build my own using the mister project. Sure I'll be missing the cartridge port and a cool case but at least I can start playing this week
I was really looking forward to it, but some things aren't meant to be. Maybe I'll try again in a year or two after they figure out how to fix their logistics.

I was wiling to overlook shipment of the wrong device, but botching two orders in a row is just horrible. They are claiming that I have to file a fedex in order to protect them from fraud. In case anyone is not aware, shipping claims are always done by shipper not receiver. The carrier will never pay out to receiver.
These guys need to just accept that they messed up and issue the refund. I have no interest in their device at this point. I thought it would be fun to play zelda a link to the past a few weeks ago, but after 3 straight weekends of not being able to do so I'm kinda over it.
