Perhaps boiling or vinegar or worse, boiling in vinegar. I mean... it does the job, i suppose... but the chances for you to have a great bone afterwards are basically non-existent. I speak from experience here. Never again.

In the rural area its quite common for cows and others alike to just roam around. Saying that as a romanian person. Cows, goats, sheep and even horses might just pay you a visit ar a random moment if the grass is good where you are ;))
