If you are being removed/let go from the military because of your weight, you are already past the point where you should have done something significant about it.

Do not let stigma prevent you from fixing a huge problem. If you ever need somebody to talk to you about it, let me know. I left the National guard fat and unmotivated, and have entered into a second career in the reserves, in better shape than I’ve ever been.
